All I can say is wow, it's like a different bike, it sounds better has way more power and is a blast to drive. I also added the Sargent seat, my girlfriend no long slides into me crushing my manhood. I also added new passenger pegs with rubber inserts, they are wider and cut down on the vibration. It now makes two up riding much better. I highly recommend the stage II upgrade, and forget the headers you don't need them. One last thing Dale also sells a rear strut by raising the rear ride height the bike is more flickable. Next I will upgrade the suspension and add cruise control to complete the bike. Traded in my Bandit 650s for my GSX and have fitted the full Delkevic 4-2-1 and shorty can, K&N filter, O2 delete plug, checked the throttle bodies for sync. Made the bike far smoother on the throttle and feels a lot perkier. Planning on removing the PAIRS sytem and secondaries next. As far as I'm aware the GSX does have the benefit of a better suspension setup over the bandit, not sure exactly what though.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6281151294034294218.post-66498853379670879462014-07-21T00:11:11.386-07:002014-07-21T00:11:11.386-07:00Same here in New Zealand. Makes things easier when you have something some one else likes.
One thing that you have not done. Front brake divider for ABS models. When GSX came out they changed the design. It is exactly the same as old on except they have added bleeding nipples. Part number is 59500-46H00. I have done the swap and feel that front brakes are better. However I have not yet bleed them very well and need to do so with better tools than just pressing the lever. Mityvac like tool. However after I tie the brake to the lever and leave it over night, brakes are much better than with the old divider after the same procedure. Also,
I have done front and back suspension too. I feel it is worth the money. Front I used gold valves and race tech springs and for back I got Nitron Sport shock. Ride quality is much better and our roads in Estonia are so rough that difference is very big. I did Dales stage 2 too and if I 'd do it again i would do suspension first and stage 2 after. noon in m-s; tonis_t in twtnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6281151294034294218.post-68892745556532021782014-05-28T14:19:21.629-07:002014-05-28T14:19:21.629-07:00Namaste, Manoj.
